We use Google Firebase Authentication for secure sign-ins.

Your maintenance tasks, home profile details, service contacts, and uploaded manuals are securely stored in Firebase Firestore and Cloud Storage.

This ensures your data is synced across devices and backed up securely.

The app is built with an offline-first approach. Your task list and home profile are cached locally on your device using secure local storage.

This allows you to view and manage tasks even without an internet connection. Changes sync automatically when you are back online.

To provide a free version of the app, we use Google AdMob to display advertisements (native, banner, and interstitial).

AdMob may collect anonymized device identifiers and usage data to serve relevant ads.

Users who upgrade to the Premium tier will have all ads removed.

Notifications: Required to send you local and push reminders for upcoming or overdue maintenance tasks.

Storage/Photos: Required to upload appliance photos or PDF manuals to your digital vault.

Internet: Required for cloud synchronization, authentication, and loading advertisements.

You have full control over your data. You can request complete account deletion at any time within the app settings.

Upon deletion, all related tasks, profiles, contacts, and manuals are permanently purged from our Firebase servers.
