Account & Child Profile Data
We use Google Firebase Authentication to secure your account credentials.
Your family profiles, child details (such as allergies, routines, and schedules), and activity logs are securely stored in Firebase Firestore.
Data is strictly scoped so that only invited family members and linked sitters can access a child's profile.
Activity Photos & End of Day Reports
Photos uploaded to the Activity Log and generated PDF 'End of Day Reports' are stored securely in Firebase Cloud Storage.
These files are encrypted in transit and at rest, and are solely accessible by your authorized family members.
Device Permissions
Camera & Gallery: Required to capture and upload photos to the activity log.
Internet: Required to sync updates in real-time between parents and sitters, and to generate reports.
Notifications: Used to alert parents of new activity updates or when a report is ready.
Advertising & Monetization
The free tier of the app displays advertisements via Google AdMob (including Native, Banner, and Interstitial ads).
AdMob may collect and process anonymized device identifiers to serve contextually relevant ads.
Data Deletion & Sovereignty
You have full control over your family's data. You can delete your account and all associated child profiles at any time via the Account Settings menu.
Upon deletion, all related activity logs, photos, and PDF reports are permanently purged from our Firebase servers.
