The Core
Challenge.

The client needed to capture high-intent 'distressed' traffic from drivers with punctures across Scotland and convert them instantly through mobile-optimized touchpoints.

Tactical
Resolution.

Engineered a bleeding-edge React 19 / Next.js 16 architecture with a dynamic city-landing system. Implemented Schema.org JSON-LD for rich snippets, Leaflet Maps for service area visualization, and a proprietary glassmorphic UI design system.

Execution
Protocol.

The architectural journey began with deep local search analysis across the Scottish automotive sector. We developed a proprietary data-fetching layer that dynamically generates high-fidelity landing pages for over 20 cities without manual asset creation. This was followed by a 'Conversion-First' UI sprint, where we implemented the persistent emergency overlay and integrated Leaflet Maps for real-time region identification. Finally, we deployed the stack on Vercel with a tailored CI/CD pipeline to ensure zero-downtime updates as the client expands to new territories.

Measurement
Success.

01
Dominant SEO ranking for 'mobile tyre fitting' across 20+ target Scottish cities.
02
Conversion rate increased by 28% due to mobile-first 'Emergency Call' UI.
03
Zero-latency page loads despite heavy use of interactive maps and assets.
